Tudor is an associate at Popa Legal. He graduated from the University of Bucharest in 2024 and is pursuing an LL.M. in Tax Law at the same university.
During his time in law school, Tudor gained valuable experience as intern in the International Arbitration department of Suciu Popa & Asociatii.
Tudor represented the University of Bucharest in the 2022-2023 edition of the Willem C. Vis Moot in Vienna and Hong Kong (international commercial arbitration) and in the 2023-2024 edition of the GTTC Universities Project in Amsterdam (international tax law).
He was also an active member of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA Bucharest), participating in and organizing various academic and professional events for law students.
