
Daciana Popa is a sound litigator with over 20 years of experience in civil, commercial and labour disputes matters for top-notch local and international companies in front of the courts, at all levels, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice. She has successfully managed litigation cases of significant value in various business sectors including automotive, real estate, employment, consumer goods, insurance and finance. Daciana also gained significant experience in advising major foreign investors regarding the implementation of various joint venture, greenfield or brownfield projects in Romania, as well as for the resolution of disputes by means of the arbitral proceedings concerning investments, privatisations, mergers and acquisitions, energy or infrastructure.
